Masochist McGraw has gone and signed himself up for a second podcast: Reality Check. I was an early victim of his original Silver Bullet series: listen here. Reality Check is all about practitioners, and the first interview is with Steve Lipner. Steve runs the SDL group at Microsoft. A strong way to get started.
